Bea, meine liebe Mutter war Deutsch. Sie kamm aus Sudetenland nach dem Zweiten Welt Krieg.

Ich glaub Du muss schon wissen meine liebe Mutti ist vorigen Monat gestorben. Sie hat der Darmkrebs erwischt, und war schon jahre lang nimmer richtig. Meine arme Maedl ist jetzt hoffentlich im Himmel mit Papa und der Herr Gott . Ich bin noch immer so sehr traurig. I was just telling Hamburg4u that I want to establish a series of cooking and baking videos. I made 7 cakes that day for a friend and have some more footage. Had to do this in our school kitchenn. Didn't know myself how much I enjoy doing these vids. Love to you

Danke, lieber Christian. Ich hab noch mehr auf Lager. Am Samstag habe ich für die Konfirmation eines Sohnes einer Freundin sieben (7) Kuchen gebacken. Kamera hatte ich natürlich dabei (für einen Youtuber Pflicht: NIE OHNE ;-) )

Da rollt noch eine virtuelle Kalorienlawine auf euch zu. Ich will mir ein zweites Standbein mit den Koch- und Backvideos aufbauen.

Thank you, Dolores. I sometimes use yogurt but the original recipe that I have says buttermilk. My mom used to make us a refreshing buttermilk dessert when we were kids. Buttermilk has not many calories and because of the whipped cream the cake can easily turn into what we call "hipgold" in German ;-)
