his legs are wobbly because he's dehydrated.

yeah... um. that calf is pretty sick with white scours (diarrhea) which usually happens when they have been fed different milk from their mothers. he's not just learning how to walk, because they do that within the first few hours of their birth and that calf does not have a fresh umbilical cord (at least not one visible) chances are that he is being hand-reared, which explains his tameness towards you and the camera...

That's what I'm worried about too. So young- normally they would NEVER be seperated from Mom at so young an age. And he IS too skinny.

I'm no expert in bovine babies but I thought four leggers usually walked well pretty soon after birth. I don't know..
