MSMQ EMPTY FIX!!!

To have a MSMQ folder with stuff actually in it you go to Start>Control Panel>Uninstall a program.

Then click on the left panel Turn Windows features on or off and when that loads up scroll down to Microsoft Message Queue (MSMQ) Server; Expand that and check both the boxes in there and the MSMQ folder should be full of stuff.

You can easily do this via the new version of TCP Optimizser (3.0.8), which offers to back up your settings, just in case this tweak ends up hurting certain games or download. So you can enable and disable at your convenience. Very easy to work with.

The time you do need to redo the fix is if your machine has multiple NICs (many motherboards have more than 1 built-in) and you happen to move the Ethernet cable from one to the other. But in that case it might be easier just to move it back than re-do the fix.

I don't get the purpose of doing this : for some application Nagle algorithm is very usefull, so doing this will only reduce those applications speed. For those, which this algorithm isn't needed, usually developers disables Nagle algorithm for their applications, so you don't affect those programs. What's the purpose then, or where I am wrong?
