@Rachel05m don't get caught up in trying to get an exact strumming pattern. listen to the song a lot and it'll become natural. you can make it your own anyways you don't have to be a robot. LOL.

Dude, wrong chord. In 'Good tidings' part, its G D A D G and then not a C, it's a D or a G. It's on the word 'Christmas' which is sung using octave apart D, D or 5, 5. Chords are most traditional sounding as G D A D G D... or you could substitute and stay on G, or go far out and sub a Bm (or further sub another chord with a D in it or an inverted chord with a D) but even a C9 with a D in it will throw average Xmas singer off with the conflict 2nd of bass note. Merry Christmas.
