Sonic 3D Blast 5's Storyline:

Dr. Robotnik found a map from his Ancestors that they burried the six pieces of dogshit that contains magical powers all across Horsedump Island. Sonic recently found out that Eggman is going to take over the world by using the dogshit. So Sonic goes to Horsedump Island to find the remaining pieces of the dogshit., but got cursed upon landing the island and forced to listen to the worst composed soundtrack by Fred Fucks all through his head.

I can't tell if level 2 uses Flying Battery or the Boss music from S3&K since all I can discern are the chords, and they both use the same ones.

Could just be a bastardization of the James Bond theme for all I know lol.

It's barely even recognizable. It took me some time to realize that the music on the first level was Angel Island from S3&K.

The level clear theme seems to be the 1-up theme of S&K, and the title theme is also the the S&K title theme.
