  • that is terrible im glad you got it sorted but really the 714ce is far better and nicer tone than the 710ce i had a 710ce 2009 model and it was not much better than the 110e i have a 24 yeae old 810 that is a beautiful deep rich tone i really think the old taylors are best they were the ones that made taylor guitars famous

  • First noticed the shoes on top of the amp. The I had to stop watching when I noticed that you were in your boxer short.

  • Thanks for posting, I have the 314 and it makes this weird buzzing and beeping. when plugged in. I switch the battery and put a new one and sometimes it still continues, it always happens when I plug into a p.a system.

  • Happy to say the Guitar was repaired and returned to me a few weeks ago. All is perfect again. As suspected one of the pressure sensors was broken so the complete loom was replaced by Fender UK. The only downside was it cost me £126 (Guess the TAYLOR lifetime guarantee doesn't include the Expression System)

  • SO whats the problem? Mine is doing the same thing.

  • @BakedBrotato The problem according to Fender (Taylor repair agents) is the pressure transducers. They are on one circuit in other words if one breaks you have to replace the complete wiring harness. I believe the 2nd generation ES made several improvements as it turned out after 3 or 4-years problems started to emerge. Most visible was changing the battery/holder to a PP3 9volt. If you are having problems sent it to Taylor as these guitars are meant to have a lifetime guarantee. Cheers B

  • You couldnt be bothered to put some pants on?

  • To early in the morning.

  • @nickstl77 I kind of think it's nice.

  • yup my very best guess is that somebody messed up with installing the wirings in that beautiful guitar... better get it fixed, in the meantime why dont you turn off the "bass switch" inside the guitar and just let the "treble switch" on. that could completely make the distortion go away or atleast make it sound less distinct.
