At 2:46 notice how the ties are AROUND her arms and the bottom one is at her mid thigh, then notice how at 3:02 the ties are NOT AROUND her arms and the bottom one is at her hip. For the second outfit of that quick change, the ties are tied onto her dress and probably are nonexistent on the backside. The others are quite baffling though.
