One person commented that it was the worst mandolin playing ever, but I daresay a person better be a damn fine mandolin player themselves to make such a comment. It sounded pretty good to me.

I love Indigo Girls (they stole the show at Lilith Fair) and I'm generally okay with Letterman, and the girls got ON the show, which I'm sure was great for them, and they kicked ass, and as far as I can see everything is okay in the world.

I love how the contrast between amy and emily is so big in this performance. Amy looks very punk-ish and Emily looks so girly and innocent. Even their guitars, amy's dark, emily's light. And When they make music together, they match perfectly. "Despite our differences" right?

Anyway, I always love to see them so young. Amy is so adorable!

What i was referring to was i don't need to see the band walk to the mark. I like how the host introduces the band and they open the curtain or partition or they cut straight to the band who have come out during the ad break and they rip into it, not here's the band..waiting..walking..pickin­g up instruments....tuning...and go.
