Why doesn't this effect work on LAT models? when I do it, everything on the model, but its face, is lit correctly. it turns the models face into some weird polygon monster...

Thnx for this great tutorial :D I was trying to use this effect on Dreamy Theater Rin but only her sleeves were effected by the shader, I'll try it on a different model and see if I get different results

@Cola4117two Right-click the RAR file and click "Extract Here", that will open up the RAR file and the files within it :) If that doesn't work try downloading WinRaR ( a program that opens up .Rar and .Zip files). Whenever place the three MME dll files in the root directory, and open up MMD, the MMD effects doesn't show in the corner T^T.

TwT Yup, It is the graphic card ;w; It doesn't 'support fire particle system' (Which I think is part of it :U)

@Paulchan93 The thing that makes it shine is is the ShadowMap.x if you don't load that, it won't be shiny

@AlchemistAleks make sure you put in the right folder >.< like after downloading MME (the version i put in the desc) put it in hte same folder where you start MME. (the MME files, don't make a mme folder in there)

at 1:43 how were you changing the orb color?

@kilala1148 I made an annotation about it... @w@; not sure if it showed up though... erm anyway there's a thing under the x y and z boxes that says Rx Ry Rz and in there you put 1 or like .08 in each one to manipulate the color. the closer to 1 the brighter the light, and if you put -1 then it will make a black light

@KekoKasane hm... you could try using another .rar opener.. there are lots of them~ :) a simple google search should find one. And for MME, you put all the files in the main MMD folder (where you start the program)

Point Light.x screws up... I mean here I see it's glowing and makes the shader look right, but for me it's just a big white ball and does nothing to the shader.

I don't think it can be fixed, so yeah, I need to live without shader... :<

@ChiiYoo1 I actually have that problem on my school's computers. Do you get a popup message saying something? I had to go with an older version of the shader to get it to work. I also got problems with the water effect on the school comps so I'm confused. It might be that the graphics card isn't good enough, or that your computer is out of memory (i I don't mean memory hard drive space) and doesn't have enough to load the effect. I would test it but school comps don't let me open up task manager
