these moves are all pretty risky. I pinned a guy this year with the last one but i've also tried it in practice a lot and get caught from time to time. The only time I do it is if I'm losing pretty badly.

This actually does work very well you just cant be telegraphed when you do. If you cant do it fast enough you have to practice it in order to build speed.
