Interesting - I am going to Hong Kong next week - not with Kuoni this time, who I have travelled to several places with and spent ££££'s with them, but who did not even acknowledge my 1 letter of (slight) complaint - didn't even want any refund or anything - just simply some acknowledgment and feedback on a (poor) hotel in Krabi. Therefore, I am doing Hong Kong through another operator .....-
