I went through so many relationships this past year.I felt like human love would make me feel whole.The more I sought after relationships the further I got from God and the emptier I felt.Last Sunday I heard this song.I was weeping.I couldn't stop.My heart was so moved because God will ALWAYS love us. No matter how far we run from Him.No matter how much we hurt Him.No matter how lost we get.ALWAYS.When everything in this world fails,HE will be there.He's the only one we can rely on completely.
Some people see God as a mysterious mist in the air, but he is a person who is my Father and my friend. Jesus, God, and Holy Spirit each have their sole separate identity. When we sin, do we think how it will hurt the Holy Spirit. We are made in the image of God. God does have feelings. Remember the bible says not to grieve the Holy Spirit. We need to be sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit and obey Him.
I don't have a crazy story, or a testimony about me being a drug dealer or murderer. But still, it puts things in perspective to recognize that I am a sinner whose sins Jesus had died for. And because I realize the debt I was in, I am completely drawn to Him and I need to pursue him like a treasure.
Lord u do so much 4 me. so much that i cant even fathom a number of how many times u saved me. so Lord all i can say is LORD im amazed by you and how you love me.

I'm Agnostic, I believe that a higher being exists and I'm starting to think it's (again) our great God. I may go to church again for the first time in about 3 or 4 years tomorrow; there's a church right near where I live. Or I may take up Bible Study (because that, in my experience, was a smaller group of people & I think I want to start small and then get bigger.) before going to an actual service. You know, arrogant atheist, no matter how arrogant you are, Jesus loves you. And I don't believe you're an atheist, I really don't. Anything that catches your highest attention or interest turns out to be your god, and you're not really aware of that thing, you know. I know he died for us, but he didn't die for us to keep sinning. There is a reason why he paved the way for us - to follow in his footsteps! First we can't, then we can, then we cannot do anything else!

I am SOOO amazed by Him. Jesus could face off with the devil and WIN, He could tell a dead boy to get up and he would. He can raise even Himself from the grave!! Ever since Exodus, people have been waiting for Him, ever since Genesis chapter 3, they've needed Him. This same guy is head over heels CRAZY for you, He thinks you're worth his humiliating, slow, painful death on a roman cross. THAT is pretty awesome :)

i really feel bad for athiests and all non believers for that matter but we cant insult them we have to show them gods grace and what he did for us and all the wonderful things about him that they keep missing. they are just ignorant and misled people. it really breaks my heart though how jesus felt all the sin ever to be and he died a horrbile death for us and they repay him with hate its absulutily horrible. god bless all the people of the world

You know, arrogant atheist, no matter how arrogant you are, Jesus loves you. And I don't believe you're an atheist, I really don't. Anything that catches your highest attention or interest turns out to be your god, and you're not really aware of that thing, you know. Probably it's you're work, a hobby, etc., you just put your faith in a wrong target, you miss it. But Jesus is waiting for you man, He loves you that he died just to save you, isn't in great?

People sin, you will ALWAYS sin. That is why Christ came, to make us clean and presentable to Christ.
If the Church were perfect, there would be no one in it because we are all imperfect people, who make up the Church.
Its better not to call someone "disgusting" because that turns people off to Christians. I'd never want to be around someone, or accept their God, who called me "disgusting."

Of course God wouldn't call you disgusting. He still loves you.
But we can't lean back and say "people sin" and then think everything's okay. Then why did he die for us, if we should do nothing??? Read 1st John 3,6.
I live my life listening to my inner voice which I believe is from God. No human can tell me something else from this. I believe it is him who speaks to me every day, and it is not to lean back but strive to be free from sin. It's a long way, but I will never give up!!!

we cant just stop sinning. Sin is the reason Jesus died on the cross. if there was no sin then Jesus died for no reason. i know it may seem like its disgusting that people keep sinning the same sin over and over again but the free will of God lets them. its up to them to truley be sorry for thir sin, and its up to them to except Jesus as thier savior and lord and ask for forgivness.

I know he died for us, but he didn't die for us to keep sinning. There is a reason why he paved the way for us - to follow in his footsteps! First we can't, then we can, then we cannot do anything else!
I believe in this, and no wise theologian or professor can make me think something else. I know for myself that this is true, no matter what people say.

this song truly described my words for God after a wednesday service at my church.
it proved to me that even at a ordinary church service i could feel His presence
