i agree with the comment below. you should play at a more steady tempo, but not necessarily the exact tempo throughout the song. you should change the tempo slightly but not as drastically as you had.

Pretty good for first take. Personally, I prefer a steady tempo =D. One slight mistake at 44 seconds and the repeat. It should be F# G E instead of D E C, it's much brighter that way.
