Well I emailled the YT copyright brigade and their reply was just a bot saying "Please refer to our Copyright Tips...you be bad boy" etc etc repeat repeat. Nothing about 'Fair Use' on that page however a link just redirects you to the Copyright Tips page - it's all a complete joke, especially given the fact I have 2 other channels with no copyright work on at all, yet no..they couldn't give a flying monkeys. I understand with support..sometimes (but rarely) users can get their channels back.
They're a law unto themselves, sadly.
