i think i can sea a camouflaged hand look at the leaf pointing towards the camera then to the left it seems to be a human forearm just maybe its a person hiding their as some kind of joke to scare tourists
i've seen plants up here on long island do that! but if you say theres no wind, than i don't know what made the plant do that. it could be possible that theres something under the leaf that making move like that. like a small animal or something.
can you hear the vehicles going past?...theres some sort of draught hitting the leaf...its no biggy really....
