The Bible refers to "israel" in many different ways. It can refer to the Israelites, the first followers of Moses or the kingdom as i mentioned and it can be taken in in a spiritual way. And the kingdom of israels inhabitance was definitely not Zionist Jews. And really, the Bible is considered religious text not a book to be used for political situations.

First, Israel was founded by secular Jews and not all of them even believed in God (my grandfather and my grandmother are a prove to my saying. Religious Jews [most of them] didn't support the Jewish state and you should totally read about Martin Buber for further information).
Second, Israel had not base to be founded, but people who were born there for more than 4 generations like me don't have the possibility to change the past or to move without foreign citizenship.

Israel doesn't build those illegal settlements, those are groups of extremists and people who were born to them. Most of Israel's population does not agree with them and even hate them much more than you, they stain our reputation. It is now abundantly clear that the job is beyond the IDF, who are far too deeply engaged in protecting the "settlers", not the law, to do the job even vaguely effectively.
Israel should invite in a substantial joint US/non-aligned nation military force to do the job which it clearly can`t do itself in protecting Palestinians in the West Bank. The rest of the world might take Israeli statements about a desire for "peace" more seriously then.

You never clarified the origin of the "children of Hell" quote, so I will. Israel has applied repressive policies on Palestinians living in the West Bank/Gaza. It continues to expand illegal settlements that only complicate a two-state solution and peace. But how are Palestinian refugees treated in Arab nations? They keep them in refugee camps, usually with no citizenship, limited mobility, employment, and limited access to healthcare. If Gaza is an "open air prison," Refugee camps in Arab nations are little more than concentration camps. This is Israel's fault?

If Israel was really interested in creating a super State from the Euphrates to the Mediterranean, why did it return the Siani Peninsula to Egypt? Why did it unilaterally withdraw from southern Lebanon? Why did it withdraw from Gaza in 2005, forcibly evicting 6,000 Jewish settlers? Why did it allow the PLO to return to the West Bank, and establish the PA? Why not formally annex the West Bank? Hey, with 200 nuclear warheads, who would stop them?
