Had the pleasure of witnessing Norman Voss LIVE at the Oatlands plantation last night. He may have been nominated, "Best Wedding DJ in the DC area" but I feel he is THE BEST DJ in the area, and the best I've seen! Talented, engaging, a voice like silk, at first I thought he was just playing Frank Sinatra, then I looked over and he had the microphone and was doing it live. What a treat! I was always nervous about finding a DJ for my wedding. When my older sister got married, her DJ was awful; the music he played at her reception was what he wanted, not what she and her husband had requested. Norman was the DJ for my husband and I's wedding in July 2010, and he was amazing! He was professional, engaging, classy and an incredible MC! He played the perfect mix of what we wanted, and we had the added bonus of him singing Sinatra classics & other romantic songs! Choose him!!!
My husband and I got married on Aug. 14, 2010 and DJ Voss was our DJ. We had an amazing time, our guests had nothing but great things to say about DJ Voss. Everything was incredibly smooth (to my knowledge) and it was an awesome day. I want to thank Norm for being so easy to work with, friendly, engaging, entertaining and all the things you would want a DJ to be. I don't think we could have make a better choice!

We've gotten so many compliments on his selection of music, his enthusiastic spirit, and ability to engage the guests. Many guests raved about our DJ stating that it was the most fun they have had at a wedding reception. Thank you Norman!!!

He played his classical guitar as guests arrived to our ceremony and he even played cannon & D on his guitar as i walked down the aisle. If you are looking for a great DJ you need to hire Norman Voss! He doesn't hog the mic, isn't "cheesy", & even sings classical songs so well that my guests were asking me if he was lip syncing! He is very affordable & professional. ALL of our guests raved about him! We were so pleased with him, I KNOW you will be too. Thanks again Norman. You were awesome and really made the party amazing. We recommend you to everyone we know getting married and will continue to do so!

We chose Norman to perform as our DJ at our wedding (8/2/08, Fair Oaks Waterford) & our expectations were met & then some! Norman was very professional from the 1st meeting until the last song. He was attentive to our likes & dislikes & gave endless feedback on his prior services he performed. We also had a special request to edit a song for us & within 2 days the song was edited, copied to a CD, & delivered to our home. In the end, I would recommend Norman to anyone & do it with no hesitation!

Our friends and family were up and dancing the whole night, and my one big complaint was that I didn't have enough time on the dance floor! He followed our wishes to a T, and our guests were incredibly impressed when he sang some of the classics for us. If we ever have a party and need a DJ, I'll be on the phone to Norman in a heartbeat.
Great video--great overview of Norm's strengths. I would recommend Voss DJ without reservation! Norm was the DJ for my October 2008 wedding and was a wonderful emcee and DJ and a great overall addition to our reception. He can literally do it all from singing classic Sinatra and Elvis songs to playing the guitar to providing a great selection of music.

I just was the professional photographer on a wedding that Norman did, and he is the best singer/DJ I've EVER seen at a wedding! I wish I myself hired him instead of the 5 piece band that I did, he was exponentially better. Shockingly good voice, AND a personality that really adds to the event. If you are a bride you need to hire this guy!
