Why the American flags? The '65 was never a presidential limo.
Also, why the cheap and disgusting trim around the doors and the 'stick on' strip down the sides??? Awful!

@paranormal33 I was wondering the same thing. I had no idea sirens and police lights were legal on a vehicle that WAS NOT carrying the President.

What you're failing to consider is the fact that this model was the standard fleet ambassadorial car in many countries.
any visiting head of state, including the president would travel in one of these if visiting a whole host of countries including for example, Canada.
