I have this system. It works surprisingly well, but Control4 has horrible customer service. The programmers hourly rate is really high, and when it's all done they don't call back; and you try to get a couple of keypad with etched buttons so your wife isn't confused, but you can't get'em anywhere without a real hassle. My favorite thing is that I can hide components and the signal goes through walls.
Who did you use to do your programming? Are they Tech II certified. I have had great customer service with the company itself but I am also a retailer. I personally am Tech II certified. I am sorry that your service is poor. If you are in Washington or Idaho I can take care of you.
