hey im new to coyote hunting and ive got a few questions is a 22LR ok to use for coyote hunting and ive got a primos still cottain tail call and it dont sound anything like wat its supposed to be any tips

@jake0123100 ummm 22lr is not ideal for coyote hunting but it works...buy the right ammo for it and hit em in the right spot and u should be fine...hopefully it is a semi auto that way you can follow up with a couple....223 22-250(what i use) or .243 are the best ones...and about the calling, i'm not really sure what to tell you, id just get a different call...i like the lil dog by primes the best...

Will is a good teacher and thinks of a lot of questions and helpful perspectives from the students view and Randy is an expert but maybe better technically and together they give a real full and complete class.

@Dnwarrior66 They are actually pretty poor calls and the fact the Randy makes great sounds out of them proves that it's the man behind the call more than the call itself. Primos calls are cheap, plastic garbage, but they work. Considering the cost of custom calls (custom calls are very reasonable) I don't get why so many people buy them.

@apirtle15 They are actually quite poor. At least their coyote calls are. I've never used anything other than their predator calls. If you want to know what a good call is like google carver predator calls. (I have to relation to carver calls, just using as an example of a good call maker.)
