Both are quite balanced. If you're good then u get discounts and stuff but if you're evil then you get more money from threats/robbing ect.

And if you're evil people are scared of you but there are still alot of people that will love you.

So you can do a question that will make you really really really really old but you will lose all that age. (It is pretty useless for my character because I never got knocked out or even used a ress pot. If you want the same by a gun ( Cloakwork pistol) with a argument slot and then give it ghoul and you will get healed every time you shoot with it.

sex only happens if you have a wife, lead them to a bed and start flirting so I doubt they'll find out anyway. besides, you don't see anything. the whole screen goes black and then goes normal again in lik 5 secs and its over lol

Once you marry a villager get them to follow you to a bed then start flirting alot until they say something like "lets have some fun" or "i cant wait to rip those clother off you" and interact with the bed ;)
