From sticking a facebook comment on I have now had contact from Jochen Ehlert. The sad thing is that this gentleman is based in Germany and I am based in the UK and it took 5 days for me to get a response from the UK and that was a basic email! The customer service for consumers needs addressing as it is very poor!
I really hope that you lot who made this will take a minute to watch mine, please search Kodak Moment customer service and look at part 3, as it seems that this is what passes for customer service! the feedback was very disappointed all the way through. Somehow I feel that us mere consumers who make up an ever increasing section of your profit are undervalued and assume that your testing department should have a such a roasting over sending out shoddy goods! I am sick and tired of crap service!
