I think the creator of this video needs to check his definition of slander. If Brit Hume were to come on the air and make false statements and claim them to be facts, that would be slander. But an opinion cannot possibly be slander. And the issues being brought up in this discussion have nothing to do with Murtha's war record. That's like saying all of the people who disagree with John McCain are slandering a war hero.
