@UnderstandingAll Either buy equipments or do bodyweight exercises. Start with basic exercises like regular push ups. After a while you will have to increase the intensity of exercises and perform heavy bodyweight exercises. Dips, push ups, pull ups, chin ups, (one legged) squats and shoulder exercises like handstand push ups are great bodyweight exercises. I'll upload a bodyweight workout for your shoulders the second week of december this year.
@Quasar0324 It's also for building muscle. There are two basic muscle building exercises in this video: barbell curls and dips. Therefore I find this more of a strenght workout rather than a traditional muscle building routine. But since variation is very important, these exercises will all help you building muscle!
