Man, even the background tone adds to the drama. This looks like a clear assault. I don't think this sort of tresspass violation would entitle an assault and battery.
This is going to be a major PR disaster for the cult. Even if they do convict this one innocent man on a charge of tresspassing the media will have a field day with this story. The cult will take even more damage if this man is punished. Its a spectacular no-win situation for the scilons!
