I have it. I was diagnosed just a couple years ago but I suffered for a long time. Holiday meals are a trial but they're possible. I'll probably do a vid on Celiac's soon since so many people don't know about it.

Let him? I forced him. I was a crazy person. I had a fever of over 100 and I started crying because I had to stay in bed all of Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and I had been so looking forward to finally getting some time together. He was a real trooper and you know how excited he gets about baking. You'd think that cheesecake was his child.

maybe I am not understanding or I missed it, but why and what is gluten free?

Gluten free means without grain glutens (a protein in grains lke wheat, rye, barley etc) and it's because I have Celiacs which is an intolerence to the gluten. Eating it is sort of like drink bleach for me. Kills your intestines. I'll do a video on this soon.
