i just found a glitch it can only be done with game genie unfortunately all you need is the infinite charge code and your ready to go and i know it is bad to use game genie but you can shred the competition now if only you can use cobra then i would shoot the living hell out of all of them

So between part two and this, there was Brett Hart/Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas, Zombie Luigi, and Queen Brahn from Final Fantasy 9. Not only was this game cool, but it was star-studded XD

the way i killed him quick was using the tornado and shooting all ten bolts out and then hyper shooting him
