His name was Juan from Little Havana, my cousin knew him in the mid to late 90's. I couldn't help but point out what the kid in 'The Pest' is throwing up. It appears to be an LA street gang known as Clanton 14, explaining the 'C' and '14' hand gestures. Just a thought, not certain myself, but it seems logical to me seeing that part of this flick was filmed in LA and, to the best of my knowledge, this is the only Chicano street gang with a '14' affiliation in Los Angeles.
