I was born in DC and my pops from NY...he taught me 52 blocks when I was a child I'm only 28 now....he also called it 52 slap box....my mother couldn't stand...I grew up in that last era where the child had men who taught him skills of survival: fighting, reading, food, and love....and still be out in the hood and survive in corporate america...I don't see that anymore...too many kids in DC know about skinny jeans, colors, and lil wayne...no book knowledge, can't fight and don't eat right.
