  • i drink in the morning milk and eat as much sugar(marmelade)whith butter and bread i can.

    i stoped eating nachos or chips. and chocolate . i eat fruits and believe me it is every day a fight. the first week was the difficultest. the first results came after 2 months.(i dont have the time for walking until 15.3. ) of course somebody has to change the way of eating scooby1961 (y can find him in youtube) has free advices. to help y.... .

    how old y are. and what was the way of living until now. i am male 38 years old.until 28 i used to look like these gyus, i eat much and did more gym.the last 10 years i stoped slowly the hard work ,(its my fault,not the work the family or other things).one day i waked up and saw how fat i became.and i took a picture of me when i looked like the barstarzz and put it next to the refrigirator....

    it does matter what y eat, but more important is how much y eat and what time of day y it!!

    i love sugar. so i eat in the morning as much as i can and the rest of day no junk food.

  • @LaPersonaNonGrata Good point! I started Paleo Diet 6 months ago (lean meat, fish, eggs fruits and veggies, all grilled or raw) and I already shed 52 pounds. My son started in Jan 2011 and he lost 85 pounds....and his 6-pack shows! :-)

  • dde your video name is lieing... you say: how to get 6 abs in 2 minutes... that is not right, if you start training this you will get them for 1 month, but they will popup in 2 minutes if you HAVE them, but awesome training anyway!!!

  • I can do all this and I know that I have enough muscles. But if you have a lot of fat too, it won't help you to get your six pack. So you need to burn that fat too.

  • A six pack in 2 minutes a day? All these do is strengthen your muscles. Nothing more. If you want to get a six pack people, it's cardio, cardio, cardio. That melts away the fat covering your stomach to reveal the six pack. No amount of ab exercises will give you a six pack without cardio.Don't get me wrong, you want to do these exercises, but this is fault advertisment that many infomercials sell on people. Cardio is 90% of a six pack. Fact.

  • point your toes and tuck you chin. it works better

  • I'm a good 35-40 lbs overweight and about a month ago i started to do your usual crunches and sit-ups.. ha, i did this video just now 1 time and i feel 50 times the difference. This obviously will work. Thanks for the vid!!!

  • do the 6 inches with your hands to the side, its harder, and a better workout. Same thing with the kicks.

  • @officialbarstarzz hey guys, im 15 and i've been doing a very similar work out for the past 6weeks.. i change it up every 8 weeks though:) it really works, but i was just wondering is it normal for your six pack not to be perfectly symmetrical? my abs arent really in line with eachother.. peace:D please reply, much appreciated!:)

    it's normal, some people have it symmetrical someone don't.

    You're still 15 don't exagerate with exercises.

  • I've always wondered what planking does. I know it gives you a strong core, but do you have to keep your stomach tight (hold your stomach in) while you're planking?

  • @Daydreamer1083 not necessarily, it helps though. as long as you're making sure your body is straight, your core muscles are going to get worked. i always doubted them, until i started doing them for time, they hurt like hell.

  • The models back is really arched in the beginning that's a big no no when working core.

  • U have to do it till u can t do any more... and your body fat has to be under 10%(for man), by the way you can train abdominals every day...

  • why the false informations?this won't get you a sixpack.getting a sixpack depends on person's bodyfat level.this is a good exercise for abs,i did it always after my training for a few years,but lowering the bodyfat is crucial in getting abs,not this.

  • @HSVPatzz this workout won't bring your abs out, you need single digit body fat.  If you're more, you can ab workout until the end of time and never see what's under the fat.

  • @TheCappiix I think you answered your own question, "maybe a little belly fat", that's all it takes. "ripped" is all about body fat. Muscle shape/size is workout. I don't think you can build abs to stretch that bit of fat tighter or anything.

  • You don't think that having the hands under the butt cheats the exercise? Obviously you still get a good ab workout, but because you no longer have to work your lower back so much, it creates an imbalance in your core. Thoughts? Thanks.

  • @Zanjistic mmm i train box/kick box for 3 years and i get irritations on the back when i remove my hands. Ofcourse it's a but easier but you do more exercises. The time is something that you can change as you progress so in that respect you could do some other exercise for your lower back. I repeat, my goal for that is to avoid injury, maybe your body responds differently. cheers

  • @arikat1 Oh I see, well I would never advocate such an exercise were it to cause back pain, so I see what you're saying about doing other exercises for the back. I just know that, for me, the lower back is a very weak area, so I try to be a stickler on form with back-related exercises.

  • some good old school stuff here i remember from high school; good job and great tip about importance of dieting (my bugaboo) to get the muscles to show. i mentor a teenager who just became a first responder (volunteer junior fireman). do you guys practice and train in the city at certain places and times? would like to stop by with him when he's free to introduce him to this type of fitness.
