its definetely an a340... the shadow looks weird bc the sun comes from behind so the winglet lets the wing look like a tail from a 707, but at touchdown you can also notice the 2(!) bumps, first 2 wheels touching down at 00:31 and the other 2 at 00:34 and the nose at 00:43
This bought back memories of my stay about 18 months ago. The airport is miles and miles from Windhoek - 40 minute drive? My happiest memories are of the beautiful animals at Etosha Pan and countryside through to Windhoek. However I was not impressed with the number of AK47s, barbed wire, high fences and rottweiler dogs in South Africa (Johannesburg) and Namibia. Windhoek is a charming "Western" style city. I have posted a number of film clips showing people going about their everyday lives.
FFS you are supposed to switch of electronic devices during landing!!!! Yes, a digital camera is an electronic device! I hope you will never have an accident...
I lived in Namibia 4 years and I still remember the day I landed in this place, I thought woao this is dry... It ended up the best 4 years of my life. What an amazing place, people, culture everything Namibia has to offer. For me is like my second home I cant wait to go back again. I miss you Namibia

Most airlines will let you use camcorders and digital cameras during landing since they have no radio transmitters and are low power devices

It's even better in the rain. You can almost see the baboons on the side of the runway running between the drops.

was a super 8 cam, of course, remember, the old ones, no harm done to any electrocnics; so no need to worry.

Don't try to fool me, Super 8 cassettes with audio track are more difficult to find than the blue mauritius stamp.

Why does the wing shape look like it's landing backwards, that can't be an A340...
