A tip of killing dragons easily: First of all DON'T FORGET TO LEVEL UP WHEN YOU CAN! Then when a dragon is landed move sideways while you are close to him and hit him preferably with one handed weapon from the back when he can't burn you!

@solidsn2011 Yeah but moving while slashing is pretty slow and the dragon can turn its head so just bash it when he burns you. But i think another more satisfying way to kill it is using dual wield plus beserker's rage and just keep doing power attacks, the dragon sure dies fast

9:55, the first time I stood face to face fighting a dragon I got a cool animated last hit nailing the sword in his head. >D the second time trying to something like that the dragon grabbed me up and killed me. Since then I avoid their heads. LoL

Here's a few tips on fighting dragons mate! When you feel like the dragon is about to breath fire or attack, use your shout if it's off cooldown. You can also level up and specialize in a skill that stuns an opponent breifly, this works great on keeping dragons on the ground. There's a few of them, the dual casting stun is low in the destruction spell tree, the sheild bash stun is also low on the block tree, and then there's the arrow stun with is when you get archery mastery 100.

and finally.. The Elder Dragons - These dragons are significantly stronger than the previous types in breath and melee attacks, they are golden scaled dragons and can breathe fire and ice. Be prepared with a lot of potions and good regeneration magic for these dragons, they are very tough.

Health Meter.

Flame Dragons - these breathe exclusively fire, their scales are usually darker with a pronounced reddish tint. Same basic strategy, but these are much stronger than a normal dragon, I think they are as strong r stronger than a blood dragon.

Frost Dragons - same as a flame dragon but breathe ice, they are normally white or grey. Fight these the same way.

and finally.. The Elder Dragons - These dragons are significantly stronger than the previous typ

These are the types of dragons, hope this helps.

Dragons - The most common dragon that you will run in to, they usually breathe fire and their health is fairly high. So use your sword and magic(the opposite element that they breathe, they breathe fire, you shoot I've etc)when they land, bow in the air.

Blood Dragons - These dragons vary in color and can breathe Ice or Fire, they are a great deal harder than your average dragon. Same goes for these dragons, but make sure you watch your health me

Its interesting that you choose the hardest possible way of killing the dragon, if other things don't work on him as well why don't you try some thing else like... oh my how about MAGIC!!!!!! I think that you can use frost against the dragon for extra damage, also try putting the frost poison you have fro mthe spiders and your arrows. THank should help.

What build are you actaully using? I'm spending my perks in destruction magic and some in one-handed weapons to maybe use magic + one handed. But now I dont know if I should go pure magic?
