I've had this LP for ages and love this song so much that I still haven't gotten around to playing the other side. From what I've heard that side is incredible too. Some day . . .
Just addin a few birthdays and Holidays mixed in with work and some random good days, bad days, and you've got an accurate video of my entire life, (as seen through my eyes).

Not a lot of people know this, but Germany isn't the only place with no speed limit roads. Montana in the USA has no speed limit on its freeways and once you are outside of Douglas and the small towns on the Isle of Man, there is also no speed limit. No speed limit on 30 foot wide country roads (not freeways). Ob the Isle of man you will see a round white sign with a black diagonal line through it. That means no speed limit in the I.O.M
Nice video. It reminds me of the video they used during Autobahn on their 1998 tour, which also had some older models.
That, and it reminds me of an experience I had a few years ago, driving down through Germany on my way on holiday in southern France. It was right around dawn, I had Autobahn on repeat, and as I came over a hill, the sun rose and covered the valley below in sunshine. That was bleeding perfect.
You see, I was just talking about a old radio station in Fresno that played great music called KYNO! And they would play Kraftwerk's Autobahn, but the 45 version. Still, it was a miracle of radio broadcasting on to itself back in the time. I finally got the 12" vinyl years later, and now the CD. It was awesome.
I guess that sign at the end means "end of autobahn".
Good song, but a bit tedious.
It looks like driving in Germany is not much different from driving in Canada.

the poor video quality only adds to the vintage aesthetic, this video is exactly what i was looking for.

Why does it look like you're only going about 45 MPH (about 70 km/h) in your driving scenes? Maybe it's just me. But thanks for posting this!

It looks a lot like the upper midwest in the US.

Cool piece of music, I think it was cool how they captured the sense of a ride across the Autobahn :)

900 views only? Jesus. This is classic stuff, trippy as hell and an amazing piece of electronica.

it's very good that these videos were made in the early 90s, because it makes the clip a bit more classic, due to the image quality
kraftwerk released autobahn in 1974, so it fits very well with the images you presented here
very good work... you have my "like" !
