although i 100% agree with you on the 3-minute part--they only watch 15 seconds of each video before deciding whether or not to keep watching (let's be honest, they don't have time to watch "20,000" 3-minute application videos, read through apps, and call people within a month.) so for next time, say something that stands out within the first 15 seconds. also--i've heard they hate pictures, so don't rely so much on pictures next time. and be confident about what you're saying.
