  • Im using FreeNAS 7.2 for SMB, UPnP, Transmission and its running on a 966mhz, 256mb ram 40gb hdd1 120gb hdd2 and im currently using 31% ram and 20% cpu when im downloading a torrent.

  • The RAID would be your fault for choosing a RAID that doesn't have recovery in the event there is a failure.
