Very nice, a little to small maybe get rid of that expensive shower to add a few more spaces and get some nicer chairs. Maybe choose some paint that isn't so bland but still extremly well built open layout!
Very simple. But you can make a small house with cute furniture. and i don't think those plastic kitchen chair meet those standards. But it was still VERy nice
I love standard houses. Their so nice, but still very simple. Whenever i make a house, it's simple, and nice. The sims 3 makes every house look nice ;)

A little tight in the bathroom and bedroom, probably vould have downgraded the shower to add a few extra spaces... also: you have carpet in your bathroom! That is not natural! Simss or not it's not hygenic! Anyway, good work, and remember, you can CAS (Style) everything! So you son't have to stick with EA defaults! It makes everything look all matchy-matchy and tends to be easier on the eye in gameplay. Still, a nice starter.
@Lacey1D Hey, thanks for the comment! As always with Sims houses, design comes down to personal preference, and I have used Create A Style many a time, in my other houses.

Also can they get in to the bed?? One side appears blocked by the chester draw but it might just be the camera veiw
