This is a LIE. They are clearly on a dock not a boat, and what's going on is clearly a captive dolphin swim, as shown by the frequent sound of a whistle in the background, as well as the customer's question 'what's harder to train, the cat or the dolphins', and the instruction to go 'counter clockwise' around the dolphins. These dolphins are not 'choosing' to interact with cat or human - they have no choice.
