His peers in the scientific community agree with his analytical work before 9-11 with the exception of him trying to prove Jesus walked in North America.
Since 9-11, his work in the scientific community has fallen on hard times since he has failed to open his work to scientific review. His peers in that community have lost any respect.

All other questions are vague and limited.
Did the US govt tell everything there is to know about 9-11? Obviously not. So, why yo would exploit that answer by saying 84% of people think 9-11 was an inside job when that question was only asked directly once?

Personally, I would like to see a completely open and impartial investigation including all points of view, and with the investigative board given all the authority it required to interview, question, and if necessary subpoena anyone that it chose fit. I doubt that this would ever happen, but in the unlikely event that it did, then provided that it was demonstrably fair, then the conclusions would be accepted by everyone that mattered. Unlike the now discredited 911 commission report.

As the 911 Commission has even been discredited by the chairmen of the 911 Commission themselves, then by your definition those 911 Commission chairmen are themselves conspiracy theorists. That's one conspiracy theory too many even for me.
The chairman (a Republican) and vice chairman of the commission both said that they believed that the commission was "set up to fail", and accused government agencies of lying to them and stonewalling them. Now how credible is that, Paddy?

Rosa, what they where complaining about was how the Clinton Administration was keeping records from them. Recall one of Clinton's aids was caught taking documents out of the archives and destroying them? There were a lot of things done wrong by the commission to find out how we came to 9/11, but not what happened...Islamic terrorists hijacked planes and flew them into the TWC and Pentagon, causing the TWC to collapse on themselves! Clinton had the same info...why didn't he take measures?

No, sorry. The book they wrote was critical of the White House (when - as now - Bush was living in it). They complained of underfunding and felt frustrated at every turn. They met stiff resistance from the Bush administration, the FAA, NORAD, and just about every government source they tried to get information from.
Why would anybody feel comfortable with the findings of such a body? Can you really say that you'd have to be a conspiracy theory nutcase to be uneasy about them?

Again, it makes sense that the FAA etc, would be less than helpful. In many cases they were hamsrung by policies under the Clinton administraton. It may have been upset with the lack of co-operation on how 9/11 came to be, but what happened on 9/11 isn't one of them. It's the same garbage we here from the conspiracists about the Warren Commisssion! The only thing they'll accept is their own version!

If even the woman currently running for the Vice Presidency of the United States (for whatever reason) says that she would support another investigation, then who the hell can argue with that? I have nothing to fear. My point is that the only answer the conspiracy theorists will accept is their own. Recall the Assasinations Committee and their final findings? The conspiracy theorists rejected that as well! The point now is to make sure we put measures in place to make another 9/11 even more less likely. THAT, IMO, is of more concern.

Point 1: Not all conspiracy theorists believe that the CIA did it, or even that they were involved.
Point 2: If the conspiracy theorists are right, then to go to the New York Times with such a story would be to condemn oneself to death, and very, very quickly - and it wouldn't even be on page 10.
If Watergate happened now, then nobody would ever know about it. I don't think any thinking person seriously doubts that.
