This trailer is the perfect mix of nostalgia for the old movies and intrigue for the new. Just hearing that music and knowing that this was the last chapter gives me the biggest goosebumps ever.

it's on the phantom menace ultimate edition soundtrack. im not sure exactly which track it is but i know it's from disc 2 - i think it's the tide turns - death of darth maul. i wish they'd hurry up with the episode 2/3 complete scores or ultimate editions. my single disc prequel scores for ep. 2/3 look puny tcompared to the 2 cd complete score sets of the OT/UE Of episode 1

@benjebb pretty late response. if you haven't found out yet, this track is from The Phantom Menace, when Anakin was escaping the exploding space ship in a Nabu fighter. I was always wondering what it was too, then I saw that part of the movie and heard it.

@benjebb I know that song, it is from Ep I, but it was not released with the original soundtrack CD, however a few months ago a friend of mine jost got ALL the soundtrack of EP I and EP VI, including this track, I could give you the name, but you will never find it. I was 12 when i saw this and had scool that day, but went to LA to see it and I had MAJOR chills from beggining to end, even when Anakin was set aflame, everyone in the theatre was gasping and frightened of it. LONG LIVE STAR WARS!!!!

sometimes they shoot stuff for a trailer, even though they haven't gotten to that part of the shooting yet. Cloverfield has a similar situation in which the trailer was shot before the movie even started production, but they knew they had an idea for the sequence already so it was just a matter of getting that idea across in the trailer. then, of course, they kept some trailer bits in the final cut and removed the rest from the movie.
