i think it would be cooler if the slice part of her stomach wasn't there from the start. If there was a way to make a prop to fill it it then have it burst it would be better.

This is for haunted houses where its dark and people do not know what is going to happen. Of course its going to look fake it is its not a magic trick its haunted house prop.
The animated pro is nice, but I think it'd be better with straps to hold the actor down. It's not that the person is a "bad actor", it's just that she probably didn't know how to act scared if she's not held down.
