Paul Kagame was directly involved in the shooting down of the plane that carried his predecessors, the presidents of Rwanda and Burundi.

He is US trained and was intended to install US power in the Central African region, to push back on French influence there.

Much of what we are told about the Rwandan genocide (which did occur) is western propaganda.
