Alcohol on your balls works wonders. I have been putting up with my grotty balls for over 2 years but now I have tried the alcohol and my balls are fine.

Cleaned mine with a damp towel followed by a dry towel and works as good as new now :o)

I like the design of the little ball; to me, it looks easy to use. Still, the gunk problem sounds like it sucks. Never had a dirt problem with my Logitech.
