My only concern is the plastic wrap... does the injector even little bits of plastic?
otherwise... 5 stars!! I never would have thought to inject all over the place... I was ready to inject in about 4 spots w/ a lot of liquid, rather than less liquid in more spots.

Seems like the needle would poke right through the thin plastic layer without leaving anything behind.

I never knew about wrapping the turkey with Saran Wrap before you inject it so the juice doesn't squirt out. Great Job Dr. BBQ!
