i have this ipod and the 4th gen touch, and bloody hell! ppl who say apple r tip off? no. its not wat apple does tht makes it amazing..but how quickly they develop! in 2-3 yrs...they created the most popular app store, the device tht overtook sony and nintendo combined (ipod touch) and a phone that beats all over mobiles in the market! microsoft? over 20 yrs...they created a funtion tht if u shake a window the other disapear! @TheRunscapeNoobShow i own an ipad,itouch and an iphone 4. and everyone who isnt retarded knows that they could of put a front and back facing camera and made it 1000x thinner on the first iphone. but over new releases they add more and more things so they dont run out of new features. for ex: everyones pissed the ipad one has no cameras, but they could of easily did it, they just wanted to have another reason to get the ipad 2. the ipod touch 4g could be way thinner if they wanted it to be.

They hadn't released a tablet and tablet's weren't popular, they were laptops with a touchscreen. Laptops didnt have cameras so they thought it was stupid to have cameras. As the iPhone 4 came out, the HD camera and facetime became really popular and people requested thm on ipad, so they put it on because of feedback.

Also, in Apple's sake, the item could have been used in an Apple store and they decided to fix it up to sell it at a discounted price.

if u read the discription of the ipod on the apple site, it says that it has got a new back, so there is no scratches on it :D its just a cheaper ipod touch :D

Wow, ur a retard, A Refurbished Ipod Touch Doesn't Mean its been used, it means som1 bought it, didnt like it or found a problem with it, took it back and Apple Fixed the problem, tested it, put a new cover on frame on it, all they did is take it out of its shell, took the chip fixed the problem, tested it and put it in a new casing, the ipod itself is pratically new..
