So do I even need thinner if I'm using Liquin? Or both? I'm just starting oils again. I did take a few group classes but I was never introduced to Liquin. thanks for the video!

i use linseed oil and mix a little with my coulers ,it thins the paint but also keeps the gloss in the paint as turps or white spirit takes the gloss out of the paint. what do u guys clean your brushes out in between coulers , is it turps , nd wats best way to dry the brushes quickly

hmm..when u oil paint ...do u use something to diluate the pain...because i'm new in painting..:P and i dont really know....i take the colour from the tube...but its too hard and it doesnt dry ...can u please explain me how do u prepare u're colours...and that? :)

im new to oil but i know you use turpentine or turpenoid to mix with the paint and it thins the paint.

@figther1989 when you use the paint straight form the tube, it can be quite thick. Usually, you only put a little bit of oil paint on your pellet, and mix it with some linseed oil. You don't have to mix all the paint at once. If you want, you can just soak your brush in oil and then mix it with a small portion of the paint.

I would have to say, before you insult the man, check out his actual work. Google his name and you'll find his website and you'll see that he's actually a very strong painter. These videos are solely meant to demonstrate basic techniques and what certain materials do and in no way are meant to showcase his skills.
