SL Traditional dancing has unique steps and poses. Even though it was later mixed with Indian dances our traditional dances are still remaining. The scholars are to find the hidden valuable things of our traditional arts except following popular arts just for money. First part of this video contains only Punjabi things. Their nothing represents Sri Lankan dignity. Our people never understand the invasion of outsiders. This is the result of it. Second part has few of our traditional dancing.
@aw911 Channa is not most famous - now he is notorius. Which means he is well known but for bad things. Channa just promotes himself. You have to ask the public who pay money and come to see him in Europe and who are disappointed at they see. The samething as we get in other western shows. We come to see Sri Lankan dance and feel Cheated.

Its a Punjabi song but the dance is Sri Lankan. It is performed by Sri Lanka`s most famous traditional ballet truop: Channa & Upuli.
