  • In Matthew 24:3, the disciples specifically asked: "Tell us, when shall these things be? And what shall be the sign {"sign" singular, NOT "signs" plural} of thy coming and of the end of the world?"

    His specific answer in Matthew 25:15 gives us "the sign" {singular} and the point in time {"when"} that "sign" would specifically portend His second coming:

    "When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation spoken of by Daniel the prophet stand in the holy place..."

    What is this sign?
