I notice that the rice didn't even suck up all the gravy,once you added it in,nice work.

in the uk we just do that to make a broth, minus the rice, just use pearl barley, vegetables, and lentils if you feel like it :)... you can use the carcass alone if you don't want to waste it after a roast... :)
