u think so? i think they're both pretty much even, although i admit osipova just has that much more molecule of talent, and stage presence. osipova suits this variation, it's unexplainable how she does it though. this dancer is beautiful, you have to admit, right?

I don't think it is so clear that Osipova is better than Kochetkova. Both are incredible. But to me, I think I see more attention to detail in Kochetkova. There's not a part of Kochetkova's body that isn't saying something meaningful throughout and I get the impression that Kochetkova is more intelligent and understands the meaning of ballet more profoundly. For example, watch Kochetkova's hands...always expressive! There are moments in Osipova's version on YouTube where her hands are mum.

It's because she anticipates the envelope' during her arebesque too much, that it why it looks turned in. It's just a small flaw that i am sure she can easily fix.

It is called "ah la sebesque" btw. ;)
