This is down the street from my place, we see (and laugh at) it almost everyday we pass by it. But hey, it does catch our attention, so I guess it works.
@eattastypie I think ideally the motion would capture our attention for as long as possible, so a crazy whirling sign spinner is the best, and an inflatable air-tube man is second best, but a regular rotating sign not as good.
I've SEEN that sign spinner it's fucking scary!!!
